This practice uses bodyweight, reformer, the occasional jump board and light equipment to add a little spice to change up your strength and cardiovascular routine. With the foundation of Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, our goal is to support flexibility, encourage regeneration of your neural/muscular pathways, improve postural alignment,
balance and overall core strength!
A fun and comprehensive practice with a class size of up to 12 people we encourage you to bring a friend to really amp up your workout!
Beginners will receive a Reformer Induction.
