These amazing women complete our incredible team of instructors, and we are so excited for you to experience the energy, passion, and drive they’ll bring to every class as they finish up their Pilates studies.

Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m so excited to be part of the team here at Studio Wellness! Movement has always been a part of my life, whether through sport, the gym, or work, and after six years of coaching gymnastics, I found myself drawn to Pilates. What started as a curiosity quickly became a passion, and now I love helping people find strength, balance and confidence through mindful movement. My approach to teaching is supportive, encouraging and fun. I believe Pilates is for every body - whether you’re stepping into your first class or deepening your practice - and I’m here to help you feel empowered and proud of what you can do. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll often find me with my nose in a good book or listening to Taylor Swift on repeat. I can’t wait to meet you in class and move together!
G’day, I’m Lillian, or Lill for short!
Im currently completing my Pilates internship at Studio Wellness after studying with APPI. My interest in Pilates began with resurching movement that is gentle on joint and gets full body results fast! I love to dance and really connect with the dance elements of Pilates. I aim to provide classes that are fun and energising with a big focus on form and control. For me, Pilates is important to look after our bodies, the vessels for our souls, to carry us into health old age.
