Joy is a practice. It’s a practice in intention. A practice in noticing what you want, valuing it and communicating. It’s giving things a go. It’s taking the action required when the judgemental voice inside or from others says otherwise. It’s putting yourself in situations that cultivate it. is one of those kinds of places.
I am running two workshops this next month or so, where you can practice tools that cultivate joy. Firstly, is a two day wheel of consent workshop with Sharon Gray at . It’s a two day trainjng to explore this practice. It provides a framework and language to get better at noticing what you want and asking for it. It is all about how to make agreements clearer, more concise and the language needed to ask. It helps all sorts of relationship dynamics. And, if you are a therapist, you can work off 12 CPD points.
Secondly, is an erotic embodiment class. It’s a class to learn the tools of the body and how they can be used to cultivate joy and pleasure within. These tools are foundational to embodiment. To access more joy, pleasure and play awareness of our internal state is essential. These tools help@you to do just that.
