There have been quiet seasons and many ebbs and flows. Times when showing up felt hard, moments of uncertainty, space, and deep reflection.
But somehow my little business has kept going.

In 2 years I am proud to say I have built more than a business. I’ve built a community where people can slow down, take up space, feel seen, supported and strong.

It’s not been about perfect poses or flat abs, it’s been about encouraging my community to move and feel connected to their body through the mess & magic of life.

Around ovulation your body is giving you alllll the signs that you’re in your most fertile, vibrant and energetic phase 💫

Ovulation isn’t just about fertility, around this time, rising hormones bring some powerful shifts:
➡️ Cervical fluid turns clear, slippery and stretchy (like egg white), this is a key sign of fertility
➡️ Libido often peaks
➡️ Energy, confidence, creativity and social vibes are high
➡️ Your basal body temperature (BBT) may rise slightly
➡️ Your cervix becomes, high, soft, open and lubricated (important to note if you do cervical position tracking)

Whether you’re TTC, cycle syncing or just learning about your body, these signs will help you tune in to your own unique cycle.

Eating a healthy diet can help counter the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, prevent chronic diseases and manage weight.

Fibre: benefits bowel function, stabilises blood sugar, balances cholesterol and helps excrete potentially harmful oestrogen metabolites. Eg. Broccoli, avocado, chia seeds, lentils, apples, whole grains, carrots

Calcium: increased risk of osteoporosis during this life stage, 3 serves per day of calcium rich food is recommended. Eg. Yoghurt, milk, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sardines, almonds, leafy greens, edamame

〰️ Late Cancellations & No Shows 〰️

A late cancellation is a cancelled class within 5 hours of the class start time. If you cancel within 5 hours of the class start time or do not turn up for class this will incur in a fee, the total cost of the class.
With the use of the PT Mate app you receive a reminder of the class 24hrs prior.
Cancellations can also be made via the PT Mate app or website, this is the most efficient and preferred way to cancel your class.
Cancelling in a timely manner also allows others time to book the class, particularly if the class was fully booked.
This applies to all our classes.
