Meet Hollie, our Service Coordinator at Goodwill ProCare. Hollie plays a key role in making sure supports run smoothly and actually meet the needs of each person we support. She works closely with participants, families, and support workers to coordinate services, maintain quality and consistency, and ensure care is trauma-informed, respectful, and aligned with individual goals. Hollie brings a calm, grounded approach and a strong focus on relationships, accountability, and doing things properly.
