Magickal Energetics

This non-polarised subatomic energy is released by the practitioner as a harmonic into the body, polarising & forming a 'mirror image' of any disharmonious frequency, thereby restoring harmony & wellbeing. When reiki enters the body, it polarises goes to where it is needed, harmonsing any discordant frequencies which assists the body's own healing ability. Sessions are conducted in a private open plan healing room which overlooks the blue waters of Moreton Bay. Together with relaxing music and incense your session will relax, reinvigorate and energetically reset you. Part of my delivering reiki sessions as a reiki practitioner involves daily health and wellness activities so I can be my vibrant self for treating people. Such daily activities includes:
- self administering a one hour reiki session.
- healthy eating and supplement taking with a focus on immunity (vit C, vit D and zinc).
- exercise through running and calesthenics exercises.
- walks barefoot along the beach.
- other activities include: breathwork, meditation, intention and ritual work, Egyptian posture routine, ice baths, cold showers, pendulum dowsing clearings including chakra balancing and energising.
