Meet our newest team member, Stacey Alexandrou, who offers home visits and telehealth appointments with a special interest in NDIS support as well as family nutrition, chronic disease, gut health, sports performance, and the Mediterranen diet.

Stacey is a dedicated and dynamic dietitian passionate about holistic approaches to health, incorporating cultural and personal background into nutrition plans. She’s committed to helping clients achieve their individual goals through tailored dietetic input and support.

Growing up in a Greek/Cypriot family, Stacey adopted a love for cooking. Specialising in meal preparation, cooking skills, grocery education, supermarket tours, Stacey creates personalised plans that go beyond traditional nutrition advice. By considering each client’s lifestyle, interests, and commitments—whether related to work, sport, leisure, or daily routines—her approach is both practical and adaptable.

She firmly believes in empowering clients to make sustainable, health-promoting choices by offering the right tools, strategies, and ongoing support. With a focus on long-term health and well-being, Stacey is committed to providing lasting habits and support that enhances the health and life of her clients.

A very relevant post. I am always asked is Himalayan salt is better?! Honestly, salt is salt and we should reduce our intake to less than 1200mg per day. High Salt is linked to heart disease, high blood pressure and arthritis.
It’s advisable to not add salt to meals. Use herbs and spices for flavour. Choose packaged foods sodium less than 400mg per serve. Enjoy the natural flavour of food😇
