It was great to catch up with Steph from .range & Hayley from who are based in Montville and Flaxton.

Was great to speak all things healthcare and discuss how we can work together to help provide the best care possible for the locals of Montville and its surrounding communities.

What is our GLAD Program? 🤔

Our GLAD Australia program is an internationally recognised course designed to help people living with knee and hip arthritis. 🦵

The program has proven results of:

✅ Decreased pain
✅ Decreased pain medication usage
✅ Increased activity!

The GLAD program is a 6 week course, with 2 sessions per week, 1 hour per session. The classes are both education and exercise sessions.

You will learn all about your body, osteoarthritis and how it affects your body, and how exercise can combat it.

You will then get a tailored exercise program specific to you and your ability that our senior physio will help progress you throughout the program.
