This season, I often bring Cypress essential oil into sessions. It’s gentle, grounding, and supports the nervous system to feel safe enough to release; without force, without overwhelm.
Cypress encourages a deeper breath, helping the lungs open and emotions flow. It’s a soft invitation to let go of what no longer serves you, to move through grief, transition, or anything that feels stuck. Not dramatic, not collapsing… just a steady, grounded exhale.
✨ A simple ritual you can try at home:
Place 1–2 drops of Cypress in your palms.
Rub hands together and cup over your nose.
Take 3 slow, steady breaths…longer on the exhale.
On each exhale, silently say: “I release what is complete.”
After your final breath, gently ask: What am I ready to set down? No need to solve it…just acknowledge it.
