Beautiful restorative session this morning at Happy Hot Yoga.

Being physically present in the same energy field can be very healing and therapeutic. There is a strong reason that Yoga sessions, sound healing, meditation retreats etc. do wonders to the overall well being and we keep coming back to it! Being energy beings, we have the power to help each other rise up and share the joy.

It's a privilege to have the opportunity to be able to receive and share the practice with others.

I will also be guiding the Power Yoga session at 8AM tomorrow at Happy Hot Yoga. Please join me if you prefer a strong & challenging Yoga practice, ending with Yog Nidra and a short mediation.
