I am obsessed with our new Turmeric Latte mix by Tasmanian Organic Coffee. As a long time fan of turmeric latte I can say this my absolute favourite blend. My beautiful daughter Bailey Bird has left us at to continue on a new and exciting chapter. It's been a blessing having her in the shop and we will all miss her I'm sure. She's agreed to male the odd appearance so you may bump into her again. It took us awhile to find our groove working together but the shop has been very enriching for our relationship and for that I am eternally grateful. I love you Bailey maker of our housemade Nutty Crackle Slice 💜✨️🙏

Where Venezuela meets Tasmania! We warmly welcome La Cantara non-homogenised milk, cream and range of cheese to the Nuts About Health family! EVERYTHING is oh so delicious!

When considering becoming a stockist of La Cantara Genaro came to visit me in the shop and was bombarded with a ton of questions. I was curious to know all about his farming practices including how his cows are treated medically and what sprays are used to treat weeds in their paddocks. Poor guy was bailed up here for over an hour! Beautifully, Genaro and his wife Rosselyn are both vets which i believe helps them to have an inner sense of being in touch with their animals.

When you return your empty glass bottles of milk or cream receive a $2 discount off your next bottle. Loving this bottle exchange program too!

✨️New Stock✨️ Our handwoven African baskets have arrived and are ready to go. I've had my personal basket, a birthday gift from my children, for around 7 years, and it's still going strong. I've used it for going to the market, shopping at my wholefoods shop, as a picnic basket, as a planter basket, to have by the fire filled with kindling or pine cones and as a basket for our stuff to take to the beach!

Did you know these baskets arrive folded and pretty flat? We need to soak each one in water for a few minutes, shape, and dry before we put the tags on. If you've ever purchased a basket and want to reshape it, you can follow this same method. Or, if you're wanting to post one as a gift, you can soak, fold, dry, and send 🎄✨️💜🙏🦋
