The names of all classes are changing this week — moving from traditional Sanskrit or style-based names to simpler terms that better reflect the class experience. This update is designed to help new students more easily understand what each class offers and feel more confident choosing where to begin.

Don’t worry — the class experience won’t change. You’ll still be guided by the same wonderful teachers, offering the same styles and vibe you’re used to.

Here’s what’s changing:

Align → was Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga

Flow → was Vinyasa

Stretch → was Yin

Restore → was Restorative

Roll → was Roll & Release (myofascial release)

Foundations → was Beginner Yoga

The soft opening of Gecko Climb Gym for all the founding members and partners of course.

The vibe was huge, climbers so excited to have a location in Dtown they can climb safely.

We’re climbing the walls with excitement… because Gecko Climb officially opens on 1 August! 🧗‍♀️

We’re so excited to be partnering with our neighbours at Gecko Climb – Darwin’s newest indoor climbing gym, located just around the corner from our Darwin studio.

We’ll be running three weekly yoga classes at the Gecko venue to support climbers with flexibility, focus and injury prevention – perfect for getting into those tricky holds!

While these sessions aren’t part of our timetable or memberships, we’re thrilled to be working with another local business and building new community connections. Keep an eye out for giveaways and Gecko perks for our members.
