Join us for a gentle 4-week course exploring Yoga Sūtra chanting and simple self-inquiry ✨

Through chanting, quiet reflection, and easy discussion, you’ll be introduced to these teachings in a way that feels natural and easy to follow.

Each session is a chance to slow down, listen, and spend a little time with yourself. We’ll explore how these teachings can support a calmer mind and bring more ease into daily life.

The Yoga Sutras are a foundational text of classical yoga philosophy, traditionally attributed to the sage Patanjali, that systematically outline the theory and practice of yoga.

The series is guided by Ryoko Jones, an experienced Ashtanga yoga practitioner and Sanskrit chanting teacher with over 13 years of teaching experience across Australia, Japan, and India. She is currently studying Sanskrit and Vedic chanting under Sindhura R. at Trayee Veda Vidyalaya in Bangalore.

No experience with Sanskrit or chanting is needed. Everyone is welcome 🌿

Feeling overstimulated, anxious, or constantly “on edge”? This 60-minute sound bath with Maya is your invitation to slow down, release tension, and reset. 🌿

Using crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound frequencies, gentle breathwork, and long periods of stillness, this session guides your body out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest and regulation. Many participants describe it as feeling like their body finally exhales - a complete sense of calm from the inside out.

No prior experience is needed. All props are provided, just arrive in comfortable clothes. A tea station will be available to continue your relaxation before or after the session.

About the teacher: Maya is a qualified Sound Healer, passionate about using sound and vibration to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, self-love, and reconnection with mind, body, and spirit.

What are your goals and inspirations for the New Year? ✨

This time of year, resolutions are everywhere and by the end of January, many of them quietly fade. Instead of chasing perfection, we believe in consistency. Showing up. Building a habit. Meeting the inner critic with compassion and commitment. When practice becomes routine, it stops feeling hard - it simply becomes part of who you are. 🌱

We offer a variety of yoga styles, each different in its approach but all sharing the same intention: deepening the body–mind connection. From Vinyasa (Flow), Yin (Stretch), Restorative and Ashtanga, to Iyengar Yoga (Alignment).
