Two more classes this week before I have a week's holiday!

Wednesday 6.15am YOGA FLOW at the main stage :-) 45 mins

Yoga Flow is a class designed to stretch and tone the entire body. We will flow through asanas (poses) coupled with prana (breathing) techniques to allow you to feel calm and connected, ending the class with a brief meditation and positive affirmations for your day.

Thursday 6.15am YOGALATES at the main stage :-) 45 mins

Yogalates is a class designed to move you with fluidity through yoga asanas and pilates postures that tone and strengthen from your within. Core exercises can strengthen your body and allow you to become stronger for everyday movements. We always end the class with some EFT tapping and brief meditation.

After school holidays we will return to 6am classes (for all classes).

Classes resume Monday 6th October 6am.
