Yoga is not just yoga mats and postures!🧘‍♂️

Its learning to observe the self. Its recognising and honouring all of the bodies cues.

So instead of an active yoga practice, we locked the yoga space and went for a cuppa.

We needed conversation.
We needed connection.
We needed to honour our emotional & mental space today.

So this morning we didn't 'push through' like we're are lead to believe we should.
And we feel better because of it.

Thank you Sue and Di. I loved this morning and it was exactly what I needed too. ❤️
