Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, where Daycare Cathrin is allowed to use its facilities.

Then we enjoyed our Golden Dawn yoga session with gentle movements, sound healing, and reiki for seniors. Thank you to yoga teacher Janine Valecillos Digier and her colleague Yessica Ruiz for this wonderful experience. The clients always enjoy these moments. Thank you to Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa for opening up their space and hospitality.

In Daycare Cathrin, now and then, foot and hand massage are given.
This works well against stress,
Gives relaxation and can work well on the sleep pattern,
The blood flow is also stimulated.
The cliènts enjoyed it.
