I said “cat and dog” instead of cat and cow in Spanish… and then we just went with it. 🐱🐶
We were mid-flow, I cued “gato y perro” without even realizing, made the cat sound, then hit the cow pose and thought… wait. PERRO?? 😂
So we did cat. And then we did dog. Complete with sounds.
Vivi and I could not stop laughing, and honestly? Best class ever.
This is what I love about private sessions, there’s space to be real, mess up, laugh, make weird animal sounds, and still move through an amazing practice together. 🐾
