10 years ago I lost my father and started to do yoga 🧘‍♀️
Yoga helped me to reduce my stress, relieve the pain in my heart and mind, and find my balance in mind and body.

7 months ago the war started in my country. Yoga again helped me to relieve my stress, fight with endless anxiety, and overwhelmed thoughts. 

Yoga helped me, to pull myself together when I was totally broken 💔

I know, as anyone else:

- how to safe a good shape when you eat all day long and can’t stop because of stress
