I just completed my 1st night time strength training routine and I'm really proud of myself.🏋‍♀️

I have always considered myself a morning person and only workout in the early morning, but it's September and back-to-school mommy duties are in effect, so I gotta fight to get it in when I can. 👏👏👏 clapping for me

But it nice though... I can shower and recover and basically chill and go in my bed. I don't have to now find the energy to get through the rest of my day. This is cool
