Retirement planning is so much more than just financial planning.

Yea, we know a pension plan is important but by prioritizing health planning alongside financial planning even in your 30s, 40s and 50s, you can eventually ensure a more secure, enjoyable, and independent retirement. This is one of those things they didn't teach us school but when you think about it... you wouldn't want to book that Marella cruise when you know you have awful knee pain. ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Good habits like consistent stretching and mobility classes now can go a long way towards preventing this. Body/mind maintenance through self care, exercise, social activities and stress management can go a long way towards reducing medical bills when ageing.
