Those who know me well know of my dedication to mindfuless and yoga/movement practice. Embodying it has given my life a depth of awareness and sensibility to myself and my world that I've never had before. A place of peace, contentment and gratitude that I wish to share and cultivate in my students.

At this time in our world there are so many distractions, the constant noise and busy-ness of the outside world as well as the pace at which life happens can be so overwhelming.

Come with me on a journey of self discovery and inner quieting of the monkey mind so that we can listen and allow the soul to speak.
