Without friends we are nothing. It affects our emotional well-being and health. Friends are the pillars of support to maintain a healthy balance in life. Without my friends I would not be alive today, I am certain of that.

There are all different kind of yogas, to suit everyone and all ages. all different kind of asanas, meaning yoga positions or postures. Yoga is a way of life, which can also be Nidra Yoga a form of meditation. Some like challenging postures, some like flow, hot yoga, and some like a more stretch and hold Yoga for a more relaxed way to release tension, anxiety and stress. Yopigo is the relaxed way, as its base is Pilates, with Ballet but the technique is all in the breath work and the mobility of the stretch.
