Today we are honor ✨
This global pandemic is raising serious concerns for a silent emerging new pandemic, the mental health pandemic.
These times of uncertainty have taken a toll on three major areas of life - relationships, health and finances.
Collectively, we are suffering from worry, burn out, insomnia, anxiety, depression and fear.
The silver lining is that finally mental health is coming out of the closet. The shaming of those who have mental health struggles is diminishing as we globally see major efforts being made to end the silence. These times are calling us to change our perspectives on mental health.
The questions we need to be able to answer are as follows 〰️
How can I recognise mental health challenges in myself and others?
How can I support my family, friends and work colleagues who may be struggling?
How can I reach a place of calmness and balance with all that is going on around us?

🤎 A week of daily morning meditations virtual - 5:45 - 6:00am ~ Mon - Friday
