The Sexual Physique (All Is Not Lost) A must read.
Hey everyone I have been bombarded with questions on nutrition daily and I wanted to show people that there is a way to lose weight without all the complications and doubt. You wouldn't have to go to school and study nutrition as I would give you the basics from time to time on how simple it is once you know what you are doing. In this article there wouldn't be any medical jargon or any complicated words or sentences, just straight forward sentences.
People are always trying to have a lean physique , that would never change , but the reason why so many people are finding it very difficult and often give up is because of the food that is being consumed. In the past obesity was never an issue mainly because there wasn't that much processed food around. There was an abundance of wholesome food and people moved around a lot more than today. In today's world there are millions of factories churning out lots of processed food the body doesn't recognize as real food and with all the artificial colourings and white flour the body is not only inflamed but stores more calories as fat.
In the past there wasn't so many video games and technology is so advanced we hardly ever have to move as often and therefore there is more fat deposition happening faster than ever before. I would think that most people know that carbs are important in how we move and think but we are living in an "carb overdosed" world where we are over consuming carbs and not using the fat for energy. In saying that it is quite safe to realize that you can't really use fat stores if your liver and muscles are full of carbs (sugar) where they are stored for energy. People may be in the gym or at home training but they are using the carbs stored for energy and finish train and still haven't put a dent in using fat which is the main reason for training.
The key here is to have most of the carbs removed from your cells so that fat loss occurs. How do we do that you may ask? By intermittent fasting. There are various ways you can modify this and one of the easiest ways is to have at least 3 days where you have a shake day only, a day where there is no food but amino acids for that day and a day of protein sources and green veg matter. There are numerous ways you can fast, contact me to find out more. You can make it quite intense to blast off the most bodyfat or you can do it the simple way I have instructed. A simple fasting system can go as follows.
Have a cheat day to start the week and the reason for this is to not only keep you from cheating but because of a very important hormone which you need to lose weight called leptin which needs carbs ironically to help accelerate fat loss. A diet to low in carbs all the time is not the best solution in long term weight maintenance. Your first day is a cheat day and on that day you do a big harder than usual workout to make use of the carbs and the insulin to help grow those muscles which you will need to keep burning those calories long after you finish train. the next day will be the fast day where there is no food but amino acids , tea, or water and you train more cardiovascular on that day to really use those fat stores instead of carbs. the next day is going to be a protein shake day only and again for more info contact me and I will explain how to time the intake of the shakes but on that day you train heavy and with weights as you are going to be really using fat stores to facilitate movement. The last day is your regular protein and veg day where you use real food based on protein sources such as meats and fish and low glycemic indexed veg such as broccoli and cucumber to keep your insulin levels from spiking and allows for more fat loss as you need those insulin levels to be low to further burn more fat.

I hope you understood what I was trying to convey and I am always a phone call away. Try your best to get in your workouts and a strategic way to eat those carbs so that you can burn more fat. The system I explained above is only one way as there are numerous ways to get at those fat stores but I have found that the fasting methods are one of the fastest ways to get lean.
