Why is it important to prioritise your health ? Think of the person you love the most. Then think of how much you want to be part of their lives & for how long. The answer should be clear. I don’t chose a healthy lifestyle because I want to look a certain way , I choose it because I want to continue to be an active part of my son’s life for as long as I can.
