READ........... Can't lose weight?
This is one that really bugs me....
Who needs to hear this????? 👂
People claim that the reason they can't lose weight is due to them having no Metabolism, which really isn't true, the fact is if you had no Metabolism you would be dead no questions asked.
The problem here is there are too many people on the Internet backing this and using it as an excuse rather than educating people, yes as you get older your Metabolism does change and can slow down along with lots of other body processes, however this does not mean you have no Metabolism and you can no longer lose weight....
The key to weight loss is this... 🤔
✅ CALORIE DEFICIT
✅ ADEQUATE SLEEP
✅ BALANCED DIET
✅ INCREASED MOVEMENT
✅ LOWERED STRESS LEVELS
✅ CONSISTENCY
