Is Peanut Butter worth the calories? 🥜

In my opinion it is a massive NO....

Calorie to fulfilment ratio for me is way off, roughly 588 calories per 100g, although if you are eating 100g of peanut butter I would re think your nutrition 😂 this ratio just isn't great for weight loss at all, yes it may taste nice but it will not fill you up all it will do is add calories to your day 😡

However if you are looking to put weight on this is an absolute game changer and is great to bulk your calories up 💪

So to put it simple in my opinion,

For weight loss peanut butter is a no 👎

For weight gain peanut butter gets a massive yes from me 👍

This is one that really bugs me....

Who needs to hear this????? 👂

People claim that the reason they can't lose weight is due to them having no Metabolism, which really isn't true, the fact is if you had no Metabolism you would be dead no questions asked.

The problem here is there are too many people on the Internet backing this and using it as an excuse rather than educating people, yes as you get older your Metabolism does change and can slow down along with lots of other body processes, however this does not mean you have no Metabolism and you can no longer lose weight....

The key to weight loss is this... 🤔

✅ CALORIE DEFICIT
✅ ADEQUATE SLEEP
✅ BALANCED DIET
✅ INCREASED MOVEMENT
✅ LOWERED STRESS LEVELS
✅ CONSISTENCY
