4. Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. (Helps to relieve knots and tension in the back)

Our range of services are targeted for clients but are not limited to clients suffering with insomnia, headaches, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome and acute muscle injury.
