Trying to keep as active and fit as possible during the "lock-down"? Below is a pretty cool 30 min interval workout found on YouTube. Provided there are no conditions/injuries that would prevent you from doing so, you can give it a try at your own pace at home - no equipment needed. You will be dripping with sweat. It's a great workout and the trainer is pretty funny too!! Enjoy.

The basics..

I love what I do. I began with massage therapy in 2008 and some years later began my journey to be a physical therapist as I sought more knowledge that would better assist me in helping my patients. After attaining my BSc in Physical Therapy, I became more interested in fitness and obtained my ACSM certification in Personal Training. I enjoy all of the above and using my skills and knowledge to help and educate my patients, friends and family.
