ডার্মাটোলজিতে কয়েকটা অনলাইন ক্লাস,প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখে দেখে কয়েকটা চিকিৎসা শিখে,কয়েকটা পেইড এসথেটিক কাজ শিখে সবাই আজকাল পরিচয় দেয় এসথেটিক ডার্মা কনসালটেন্ট, আবার তারাই ট্রেনিং সেন্টার খুলে টাকার বিনিময়ে তাদের মতো এসথেটিক ডার্মা ছানা কনসালটেন্ট তৈরি করে, একটাই উদেশ্য টাকা কামায় করা। এসথেটিক ডার্মাটোলজির ৫-১০% অংশ মাত্র, এরকম অংশ অংশ শিখে জিপি প্রাকটিস করলেই হয়, ডার্মা কনসালটেন্ট দাবি করার কি দরকার। ডার্মাটোলজিস্ট যারা হতে চান তাদের জানা উচিত ডার্মাটোলজী সাবজেক্ট টা কোন কোন বিষয় কাভার করে।
