Chittagong Medical College Research Club (CMCRC), in collaboration with the EuroPubHealth+ Students & Alumni Association (EPHSA), successfully organized an insightful online session hosted by Dr. Koushik Majumdar on behalf of CMCRC titled:

2️⃣ Unlocking Global Horizons: Navigating Europe through the Erasmus Mundus Journey

🎙️ Dr. Irfanul Alam — Specialty Doctor, Former WHO Consultant, Erasmus Mundus Excellence Scholar, and proud CMC Alumni — delivered an inspiring talk and shared valuable guidance on pursuing Erasmus Mundus opportunities, along with his journey in public health.

🗣️ Mr. Varun Kumar from India, President of the EPHSA Board (2025–2026), also presented and contributed valuable insights.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where participants explored Erasmus applications, career development, and global health pathways.

🌟 Research Quest 0.1 | Day 3 Highlights 🌟

Day 3 centered on the dual pillars of impactful research: clarity in writing and sincerity in ethics. ✨

We were honored to welcome two distinguished speakers:

🔹 Dr. Afroza Sultana
Her session on “SPF Writing and Research Career Pathways” simplified the process of writing a well-structured research article. In an engaging Q&A, she also addressed our queries on navigating careers in the research field.

🔹 Md Thosif Raza
In his session on “Ethics in Research and Manuscript Writing”, he reminded us that research is not only about discovery but also about responsibility. He highlighted why misconduct occurs, how sincerity, respect, and integrity shape ethical practices, and why upholding these values makes scientific contributions meaningful and lasting.

💡 Key takeaway: Good research is not only a skill — it is also a responsibility.

With this, we wrapped up the final day of ✨Research Quest 0.1✨. Over three days, we explored the foundations of research, publication writing, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and the importance of ethics. What began with curiosity has now grown into inspiration — equipping confident aspirants to take their next steps in research. This is not the end, but the beginning of many new research journeys ahead. 🚀

We were honored to welcome Dr. Mustari Nailah Tabassum, whose experience bridges clinical practice, public health, and research. ✨

The spotlight shone on her engaging session:

Dr. Tabassum guided us through combining evidence from multiple studies to answer important clinical questions. Participants learned:
