Why people are collapsing after gym day by day?? Why heart attack cases are increasing day by day ..? We r losing young ones ..
What are the causes of heart attack ??
We always talk about diet or exercise or stress which are the causes of heart attack but still cases are increasing.
Please note : Any workout is good for our body but if we do over exercise or any hardcore workout if body doesnt require then it will effect negatively.
1. Workout should be done according to our body requirement, it depends person to person BMR
2. Diet - If you are not taking Pre workout, during workout, post workout meals, it causes you to collapse
3. Over exertion, not meeting enough calories according to ur requirement, less intake of calories
4. Unnecessary protein supplements which have side-effects according to FDA
5. Another reasons are if you are diabetic, hypertensive, blockage in the arteries whether you have ideal body weight or look physically fit
6. Personal stress
7. Over intake of protein n no carbs
8. Excess intake of water which lead to hypotension ( low blood pressure)
9. Doing fad diets
10. Unnecessary multivitamins pills, derange blood profile or vitals , over consumption of alcohol, smoking..
