Osman is a teacher at BRAC, and besides his teaching profession, he is also a dedicated humanitarian. He is an active member of the Rohingya Youth-Led Blood Donation Society blood group, where he works to help people in need. We raise our voices with pain, hope, and responsibility.

This joint statement is an urgent appeal to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to adopt a clear national policy on the Rohingya issue and take immediate action toward safe, dignified, and voluntary repatriation to our ancestral homeland, Arakan.

Bangladesh showed humanity when the world hesitated. We will never forget that. But temporary protection cannot become permanent exile. Our children are growing up without citizenship, without a homeland, and without certainty about their future.

Repatriation to Arakan is not a slogan. It is our right, our identity, and our only durable solution. Delay risks condemning another generation to statelessness.

We call for a policy with a clear timeline, meaningful Rohingya participation, and full respect for international humanitarian and human rights standards. Our people deserve dignity, security, and a future at home.
