Within the end of every year, we recall the lost souls and sacrifices of those, who fought for our Independence on this very day, on 16th December, 1971. The 53rd anniversary of Victory is earned through months of bloodshed, agony, genocides of millions, whom we now refer to as out freedom fighters. For every life that was martyred in order to achieve the Free Bangladesh we have today, each made us remember the struggles of the past and now acts as an inspiration for future generations to contribute to make this a nation of progress, equality and opportunity.
