Wide local excision and reconstruction by modified Double opposing scalp flap.

If Skin Grafting done instead of Flap, 2 major problems
1) Focal alopecia
2) Unstable skin graft if Radiotherapy

গরম পানি/ ডাল/ চা পড়ে
ফোঁসকা পড়ে গেলে কি করবেন?

কখন এটার সার্জারীর প্রয়োজন- এই জ্ঞান ও দক্ষতা না থাকলে, হতে পারে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ভোগান্তি,
লাগতে পারে মাল্টিপল রিকনস্ট্রাকটিভ সার্জারী।

ছোট ফোঁসকা (Blister) ইনট্যাক্ট রাখতে হয়, বড় হলে সার্জারীর মাধ্যমে রিমুভ করতে হয়। অন্যথায় প্রেসার ইফেক্টে ক্ষত গভীর হয়ে যায়। পরবর্তীতে Full thickness skin loss হতে পারে। If over bony area, may exposes and need flap reconstruction.
