Cell Carcinoma

Reconstructive Surgery.

This is a case of Basal Cell Carcinoma, (histologically proved). Wide local excision with apparently 1cm healthy Margin clearance, repositioning of lower lid fat pads and reconstruction done by flaps.

This is a case of 80years old lady with BCC involving the Lower eyelid.
Wide local excision including lid margin, medial canthus with apparently 1cm margin healthy margin clearance all around and reconstruction of eyelid by myocutaneous flap from upper eyelid and check rotation advancement.]
