"Behaviour and prognosis of early age colorectal Cancer is unpredictable

This is a locally advanced Ca.re**um of 21 years young male patient which was diagnosed by Colonoscopy, MRI & CT scan.
Then patient underwent trephine loop colostomy due to impending obstruction.
Thereafter the patient taking Neoadjuvent CCRT (CT 12 cycles & RT 25 cycles).
After taking NACRT patient again re-evaluated by CT Scan, MRI & S.CEA levels was below normal but response of CRT was not satisfactory. At present patient complaints severe pelvic pain and PR bleeding.
For LAR after opening of the abdomen there is found multiple peritoneal & omental seedling, peivic metastasis but there is no hepatic metastasis.
Re**um is mobilize along with the growth and below the growth re**um is resected by TA 45 linear stapler. Finally infracolic omentectomy and Hartmann's procedure done.

ইনসিশনাল হার্নিয়ার obstraction & strangulation এর কারণে ক্ষুদ্রান্ত্রের কিছু অংশ পঁচে যায় যা কেটে linear stapler এর মাধ্যমে সফলভাবে জোড়া লাগানো হয়।
