We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Shakil Farid as our new chairman and Prof Chowdhury Hafiz Ahsan as chairman elect of PHA. They will officially assume their respective roles on May 1st, 2026. We are confident that PHA will reach new heights under their leadership and vision, and we look forward to achieving continued success together as a community.

We also wish to express our sincere appreciation to Dr Bashar Atiquzzaman for his outstanding service over the past two years. Dr Bashar Atiquzzaman’s dedication and many initiatives during his tenure have set a strong foundation for PHA’s ongoing development and elevated the status of our organization.

Please join us in welcoming Dr Shakil Farid and Prof Chowdhury Hafiz Ahsan to their new positions. Thank you for your continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter for PHA.
