Position: Business Development Manager

Company Overview:
China Datang Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. (CDTO) Bangladesh Representative Office is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Established on August 23, 2007, CDTO is the exclusive overseas investment and operation platform of China Datang Corporation Ltd. (CDT). Our commitment to "green and low-carbon development" aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative, embodying the mission of creating a clean and beautiful world.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with relevant power departments in Bangladesh.
2. Drive the development of new energy projects in Bangladesh, focusing on wind and solar power.
3. Oversee and manage upcoming projects.

Requirements:
1. In-depth familiarity with the new energy development process in Bangladesh.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Master's degree in any discipline.
4. Proficient in English.
5. Preferably, experience in power-related projects, especially in solar and wind energy, with expertise in dealing with Power Division or BPDB.
6. Candidates with prior experience in power-related companies will be given priority.

Location: Baridhara, Dhaka.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview.

*Qualifications: *
1. Education requirements: EEE or above in power or electromechanical integration related majors, with knowledge of lithium iron phosphate batteries and BMS;
2. Skills required: 5 years or above working in power sector. Skills in electrical, electronic or related fields, including but not limited to knowledge of circuits, electronic components, electrical equipment, etc. Basic computer skills and network knowledge, proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
3. Experience requirements: Relevant work experience in related fields, especially after-sales experience in energy storage systems, and the ability to independently complete after-sales service work.
4. Communication skills: Good communication skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues and solve problems.
5. Teamwork: Good teamwork spirit is required, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
6. Service awareness: A high degree of service awareness is required, with a customer-centric approach and the provision of quality services.
7. Learning ability: The ability to continue learning and master new technologies and knowledge is required to adapt to the constantly changing market demands.
8. Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility is required, with a serious attitude towards work and the ability to handle work pressure.
