Now a days complete cytoreductive surgery is the main prognostic factor for High grade serous ovarian cancer. Now we are practicing this. We have done this huge surgery of 6 hrs duration. We done total abdominal hysterectomy with removal of Ovarian tumor and other ovary,total peritonectomy, removal of peritoneum from diaphragmatic surface, deposit from large and small gut, liver. Alhamdulillah pt is in good condition and discharged. Now waiting for Chemotherapy. All praises to the Almighty Allah (SWT). Thanks my dear friend Dr. Kollol for his tremendous effort.
