রোগীর পিত্তথলী ও পিত্তনালী দুই স্থানেই পাথর ছিলো। ওপেন করে দেখি পিত্তথলীতে পূঁজ জমে গেছে। পিত্তথলী অপসারণ ও পিত্তনালীর পাথর বের করে T tube দিয়ে আসতে হয়েছে। একে বলে Choledocholithotomy অপারেশন। পিত্তনালীতে পাথর হলে এই অপারেশন করতে হয়।
