Working hours: 10:30 AM- 8:00 PM.
Salary: 12000-18000 BDT + Monthly Monetary reward.
Bonus: Yearly 2 Bonuses.

👉𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- [ ] Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- [ ] Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- [ ] Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- [ ] Maintaining variety of tasks including copying, emailing, taking notes, and scheduling appointments.
- [ ] Reporting day to day activities to the concerned authority.
- [ ] Prepare Daily & Monthly financial report.
- [ ] Maintain social media, messaging, video posting etc.
- [ ] Perform any other task as assigned by Management.
👉𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
Graduate in any discipline. (HSC can apply)
👉𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Must have Minimum 1 year Experience as Front desk Executive/ Receptionist In similar sector.
Experience in Aesthetic laser clinic or any beauty salon as Receptionist will be in preference.
👉𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Age 18 to 30 years.
Mentally to wear Blazer Suit/ Official costume.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla languages.
Competency in MS Office and any other accounting software.
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
Ability to work in a team and follow hierarchy is mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have knowledge about communication.
Smart and confident to speak
Greet and welcome all kinds of visitors upon arrival at the office.

Preparing equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments according to schedule appointments.
Helps patients by providing information, services, and assistance.
Verifies patient information by interviewing patient.
Performing Treatment like HydraFacial, Under the supervision of physicians.
Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures and other patient care.
Clean examination rooms after procedure.
Maintains medical supplies inventory.
👉𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
SSC/HSC
