A Healthcare, Wellness & Lifesciences Networks’ Community that will thrive to be running as a Hybrid DAO (Decentralised Autonomous Organisation) with Smart Contracts on Blockchain. In our Hybrid DAO, we are determined to empower Networks of Clinicians, Researchers, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Patients, Scientists, Developers, Entrepreneurs, Designers, Writers, Students and more that are engaged in a Collaborative Working Community based on True Meritocracy with an implacable focus to improve outcomes through the power of Talent, Technology and Data. To get things work flawlessly maximising the proficiency, we are going to attempt , that is Decentralisation of Health. We are aiming to reduce or eliminate the bureaucracy and underperforming or malfunctioning via Automation or speeding up in a tedious way. Cutting off intermediaries to reduce service cost as well as facilitating the Referral Process should be one of our highest priorities.

1dxñDAO is the crucial wing of our LOOSéMē Ecosystem that leverages powerful intersecting technologies to create an economy which uplifts its users and is built for autonomous growth. We are convinced so far in adopting A Hybrid DAO structure gradually with Delegated Governance or Leadership formed by the direct proposals from our native Working Community members while having an Advisory Panel or Council at the core. Token holders or stakeholders will be able to propose and cast votes on issues such as feature additions, economic models, priorities of projects, etc. A Hybrid DAO is an organizational model that brings together the effectiveness of a council (aka board of directors) as well as the ability for the entire group to have a vote on larger decisions or Protocols. Similar to a DAO, the share/stake holders can be represented as a “share’’, “token” or “coin”, the ownership of which can be recorded in the blockchain. In the future, we will look forward to create sophisticated and interoperable social dApps, with a major focus on the interests of the community. Bringing together the efficiency of a traditional company that has the ability to open bank accounts and legally trade.** The leadership (aka board of directors) can also help usher the community while enabling the effectiveness of decentralized governance and voting models (which can still benefit from the wisdom of the crowd). Such a hybrid model would allow us to get the best of both worlds: proper allocation of the capital and resources we need to grow, and the mentorship and connections we need to succeed.
