Oneday Yoga workshop with medical students & doctors, organised by IFMSA Bangladesh held at Dhaka on 9th September 2022 with us, Yoga Nirvikalpa.

Medical education can be very stressful for students and doctors & negatively impact their mental health, which may also take a toll on their physical health. Leading to that, medical students undergo substantial amounts of mental physical stress, which include anxiety, depression, insomnia, restlessness, back pain, wrong posture etc. Keeping all that issues in mind, Standing Committee on Human Rights & Peace (SCORP) of IFMSA Bangladesh in collaboration with Shuvrota - Medical Students' Mental Health Support Group has come up with an event "Project Tranquility: For the mind, soul & body"
"Yoga" is a method that focuses on postures, stretches, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. It aims at making the body and mind work together in harmony.
