We were especially honored to have our Managing Director, Ms Zarin Karim, contribute to this progressive dialogue, sharing her valuable and forward-looking insights during the key session on "Relationship Boundaries."
Speaking on this vital topic, our Managing Director discussed the necessity of setting healthy boundaries—a cornerstone of modern emotional intelligence—across all spheres of life, including "with your friends, with your husband, with your children, and with your colleagues."
She offered a powerful and clear message on this act of self-preservation and balance, which is fundamental to sustainable performance, stated directly:
"I have learned... I won't be rude or offending anybody if I can't do something. It's not my job to solve everyone's problem."
The Managing Director, Ms Zarin Karim, also made another vital distinction that resonates with many, confirming her position on this new paradigm of respectful interaction:
"By drawing boundaries does not mean disrespect... We can still be very sober and very civil and still can draw a line."
