This marks✅ the "first ever DMT session held under this curriculum in Bangladesh". A small step toward a more therapeutic, expressive approach to movement.

Hi beautiful Soul, Let’s talk about the magic of conscious yogic breathing. The 4-4-4-4 breath is a rhythmic pattern where you safely inhale for 4 counts, hold your breath for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts, and hold again for 4 counts. This technique is not only calming but profoundly healing, it is a gift you can give yourself anytime, anywhere.

🕉 Calm your Mind
This rhythmic breathing soothes your nervous system, gently guiding your mind out of stress mode and into a state of peace.

🙌 Ease your Body
It slows your heart rate, relaxes tense muscles, and allows your body to reset and heal naturally.

⚛ Enhance your Focus and Clarity
The practice brings you into the present moment, sharpening your awareness and aligning you with your inner wisdom.

✨ Balance your Energy
This breathing pattern harmonizes your body’s natural energy flow, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

⚜ How to Do It ⚜

1) Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, spine straight and body relaxed.
2) Close your eyes and take a few deep, natural breaths.

3) Begin the pattern:

đŸŒŧ Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.

đŸŒē Hold the breath for a count of 4, feeling stillness within.

đŸĩ Exhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4, releasing tension.

đŸŒģ Hold the breath out for a count of 4, embracing the pause.

🌸 Repeat this cycle for 5–10 minutes, or longer if you wish.
