My dear friends, colleague, teachers, relatives and all of my wellwishers-
I have come for fellowship training program in Hepatobiliary pancreatic and GI surgery in Medical School , Tokyo, Japan.
I will be trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic liver and panctreatic surgery. So that i can serve my patients in bangladesh with more knowledge and skills.

Insallah i will be available in Bangladesh from 1st December this year.

Alhamdulillah....by the grace of Allahu Rahim....my 1st Pod ( day after whipples surgery) patient doing well....He was suffering from deodenal malignancy (cancer) also causing biliary stricture.

Todays update is on or stones inside liver.
Patients suffers a lot in this diseases and most of them experienced multiple surgeries.
Here we have performed left hepatectomy ( removed left portion of liver) with biliary bypass ( free flow of bile).

Review of my post operative whipples patient for periampullary cancer.
He came e obstructive jaundice due to periampullary cancer (tumour of lower bile duct , head of pancreas and deodenum).
He underwent surgery named whipples procedure for this diseases.
Discharged unevenfully Alhamdulillah.

This is how gallstone may cause pain impacting in hartman pouch, patient comes with sudden severe or dull aching pain in abdomen.
In another simple gallstone may complicate the case by obstructing bile duct causing jaundice , pain and fever in patients.
Both the patients need to investigate and surgery in the form of laparoscopy or ERCP can help them.
