We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people, this opportunity is for you!
📌 Job Details
1. Job Type: Full-time
2. Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
3. Work Type: Desk job (Office-based)
4. Weekly Off: Friday
5. Holidays: All government holidays + company policy-based leave
6. Salary: Around 15,000 BDT
7. Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
📝 Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with patients professionally (call, message, follow-up)
2. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
3. Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
4. Maintain and manage page (messages, comments, basic posting)
5. Coordinate with internal team for patient support
6. Keep proper records of patient information and communication
✅ Requirements
1. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing)
2. Good communication skills
3. Ability to handle clients politely and professionally
4. page handling experience will be an advantage
5. Good English speaking & writing skills will be a plus
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
7. Honest, punctual, and responsible
