When you encounter a case of Renal transplantation In abdomen station always comment on these six things -

1. Current mode of renal replacement therapy 2. ⁠Previous mode of renal replacement therapy (Old scar like AV fistula , Perm Cath , JVC scar )
3. ⁠Adequacy of renal replacement therapy (Uraemia & volume status)
4. ⁠Complications of renal failure (e.g. anaemia)
5. ⁠Complications of immunosuppressive therapy (Often with renal transplantation)
6. ⁠Aetiology of renal disease (SLE,ADPKD,Alport)

A case BELL’s Palsy

* Etiology: Likely due to reactivation of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) in the geniculate ganglion of the facial nerve.

* Onset: Sudden, typically within 48–72 hours.
* Laterality: Usually unilateral.
* Clinical features:

Inability to close the eye on the affected side
Loss of forehead wrinkling
Drooping of mouth corner
Loss of taste (anterior 2/3 of tongue)
Hyperacusis (increased sensitivity to sound)
