Amylase is a digestive enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis (breakdown) of starch into smaller carbohydrate molecules, such as maltose and simple sugars. This process is crucial for the body to absorb and use carbohydrates for energy.
1.Salivary Amylase (Ptyalin): Produced by the salivary glands, it initiates starch digestion in the mouth as food is chewed. Its action is eventually halted by the acidic environment of the stomach.

2.Pancreatic Amylase: Secreted by the pancreas into the small intestine (duodenum), where it continues and completes the digestion of the remaining starch into smaller sugars.

Measuring amylase levels in the blood or urine can be clinically significant. Elevated levels often indicate damage or inflammation in the organs that produce it, such as:
Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).
Diseases of the salivary glands.

A lipase test is a blood test that measures the amount of the enzyme lipase in your blood. Lipase is primarily produced by the pancreas and plays a vital role in the digestion of dietary fats in the small intestine.
​It's normal to have a small amount of lipase in your blood. However, when the pancreas is damaged or inflamed, it releases larger amounts of lipase into the bloodstream, leading to elevated levels.

Lipase test হলো অগ্ন্যাশয়ের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা করার একটি উপায়। রক্তে লিপেজের মাত্রা স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে অনেক বেশি থাকলে তা সাধারণত প্যানক্রিয়াটাইটিস (অগ্ন্যাশয়ের প্রদাহ) নির্দেশ করে।

কোমড় ব্যাথা।
বাত ব্যাথা।

আমাদের দেশে কোমড় হয় না এমন মানুষ কমই আছে।

কোমর ব্যাথা কেন হয়--

১. আঘাতের কারনে।
২. কুজা হয়ে বসে থাকার কারনে।
৩. মাংসপেশি শক্ত হওয়ার কারনে।
৪. ডিস্ক প্রলাপসের কারনে।
৫. মেরুদণ্ডের হাড় সরে যাওয়ার কারনে।
৬. অস্টিওআর্থাইটিস।
৭. স্পন্ডালাইটিস।
৮. এনকাইলজিং স্পন্ডালাইটিস।

কি কি সমস্যা হয়----

১. কোমর এবং পায়ে ব্যাথা।
২. পায়ের দিকে জ্বিন জ্বিন করা।
৩. পা অবস অবস লাগা।
৪. পা ফুলে যাওয়া।

চিকিৎসা ---

ফিজিওথেরাপিস্ট এর সাথে পরামর্শ করে ফিজিওথেরাপি নিলে ভালো হয়ে যায়।।

কোমড়ের ব্যাথা নিয়ে ব্যায়াম সম্পর্কে জানতে মেসজ করতে পারেন।

হাটুর ব্যাথা.!

Osteoarthritis.

হাঁটু যদি ফুলে থাকে কখনো গরম জলের সেক অথবা তাপ দেওয়া যাবে না। বরফের মেসজ করতে পারেন।

হাটুর ব্যাথা নিয়ে কিছু জানতে চাইলে মেসেজ অথবা কমেন্টস করতে পারেন❤️
