1.Position: Part-Time Clinical / Counseling Psychologist
✒︎ Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions (both online and in-person).
-Facilitate sessions, workshops, and training on mental health and emotional well-being.
-Design and implement psychological interventions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, TA, Mindfulness, and Humanistic approaches.
-Support in developing psychological content, reports, and tools for programs.
-Participate in internal case discussions, research, and supervision meetings.
-Maintain ethical practice, accurate documentation, and client confidentiality.
-Represent Mindwizz at events, workshops, and campaigns when required.
✒︎ Requirements:
-Education: Master’s degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (Freshers can apply).
-Experience: Proven experience in therapy, workshop facilitation, or training.
-Skills: Strong practical knowledge of CBT, DBT, and TA techniques.
-Qualities: Compassionate, culturally sensitive, ethical, and open-minded.
-Language: Excellent communication in both Bangla and English.

2. Position:Intern-Communication & Client Management
✒︎Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with clients and partners via calls, messages, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
-Assist in developing and executing communication strategies to promote services
-Support client onboarding and service follow-up to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
-Support the team in identifying leads, following up with prospects, and closing deals
-Help prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
-Manage and update CRM databases with client and prospect information.
-Support social media campaigns and client outreach initiatives
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client communication
-Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Also prepare short weekly reports and insights on client communication and engagement trends.
-Represent Mindwizz at events, workshops, and campaigns when required.
✒︎Requirements:
-Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Bengali preferred)
-Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
-Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing channels
-Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, or social media management tools is a plus
-Emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and genuinely interested in mental health.
-Comfortable with hybrid work — both online communication and occasional field activities.
-Prior experience in client service, social media, or telecommunication is a plus (not mandatory).
