Catch Bangladesh Limited is looking for an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Project. If you are passionate about marketing, development work, leadership, and delivering impactful projects on time and with excellence - this role is for you.
Job Title: Senior Manager, Project
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning, ex*****on, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project management and field teams
• Oversee event planning, large-scale activations, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure timely and high-quality meeting reports, project documentation, and donor/client deliverables
• Supervise field visits and manage documentary, audio-visual, and content production teams
• Guide script, storyboard, and communication material development aligned with project objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and partner organizations
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and compliance with organizational standards
• Mentor and build capacity of junior project team members
• Support business development initiatives and proposal development when required
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the marketing and development sector(s)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex, deadline-driven projects
• Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset
• High proficiency in both Bangla and English (written and spoken)
