History of our Journey: 1985 Prof Dr M A Mannan started Paediatric oncology within Paediatric ward in BSMMU. recognition in IPGMR; the heritage of BSMMU (only medical university in Bangladesh). after a long time in 2004; the dept received official recognition of full pledged Paediatric hematology and oncology dept. with 27 free bed with food supplementation from hospital authority. This departmen

t has successfully changed the ideas about childhood cancer among physicians in Bangladesh.since 2012, we arranging meetings to make awarness to public and parents of cancer patient. Botj FCPS and MD courses are available in Paediatric Haematology & Oncology.
