Position Title: Special Educator
Location: Nurture Nest, Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student’s needs, under the direction of the In-Charge Special Educator.
• Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and support inclusive classroom practices.
• Conduct academic and behavioral assessments; monitor and document student progress regularly.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, general educators, and parents, to support each student's comprehensive development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, using behavior management techniques as guided by the In-Charge.
• Utilize and guide students in the use of assistive technologies and educational tools.
• Promote social skills, independence, and emotional well-being among students.
• Attend regular meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as part of professional development.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including progress reports, communication logs, and documentation required for IEP reviews.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development or related field.
• Relevant Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
• Strong understanding of developmental disorders such as ASD, ADHD, or learning disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children of all abilities.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with assistive technologies or adaptive learning tools.
• Familiarity with developmental therapy.
• Ability to design and conduct parent and teacher training sessions.

নতুন বছরের শুরু মানেই নতুন আশা, নতুন লক্ষ্য আর প্রতিটি শিশুর বিকাশের পথে আরও এক ধাপ এগিয়ে যাওয়া।
আজকের Orientation Program–এ অভিভাবক, শিক্ষক ও থেরাপিস্টদের সম্মিলিত অংশগ্রহণ আমাদের এই বিশ্বাসকে আরও দৃঢ় করেছে যে—
🤝 শিশুর উন্নয়ন সবচেয়ে সুন্দরভাবে হয় টিমওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে।

✨ তাজওয়ারের মেইনস্ট্রিমে যাত্রা ✨
একটা সময় ছিল, যখন ছোট ছোট ধাপে এগিয়ে যাওয়াটাই ছিল সবচেয়ে বড় চ্যালেঞ্জ।
আজ সেই তাজওয়ার ধীরে ধীরে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে মেইনস্ট্রিমের পথে—যা আমাদের সবার জন্যই অত্যন্ত আনন্দের ও গর্বের মুহূর্ত 💙
অত্যন্ত আনন্দের সাথে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, তাজওয়ারই নার্চার নেস্টের প্রথম স্টুডেন্ট, যে মেইনস্ট্রিমে যাওয়ার পথে অগ্রসর হচ্ছে।
এই অগ্রযাত্রা কোনো হঠাৎ ঘটনা নয়।
নিয়মিত থেরাপি, কাঠামোবদ্ধ লার্নিং প্ল্যান, টিচারদের নিরলস প্রচেষ্টা এবং পরিবারের অকুণ্ঠ সহযোগিতার সমন্বয়েই আজ তাজওয়ার একটি নতুন অধ্যায়ে পা রাখতে প্রস্তুত।
প্রতিটি শিশু আলাদা, প্রতিটি পথও আলাদা—
তবে সঠিক গাইডলাইন, ধৈর্য ও ভালোবাসা থাকলে সম্ভাবনা ধীরে ধীরে বাস্তব রূপ নেয়।
তাজওয়ারের এই অগ্রগতি অনেক অভিভাবকের জন্য আশার বার্তা হয়ে উঠুক 🌱

🎉 নার্চার নেস্ট ক্লাস পার্টি ২০২৫ 🎉
নার্চার নেস্টে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো আমাদের ক্লাস পার্টি। অভিভাবক ও স্টুডেন্ট—সবার উপস্থিতিতে পুরো আয়োজনটি হয়ে উঠেছিল আনন্দে ভরপুর ও প্রাণবন্ত। শিশুদের হাসি, খেলা আর আনন্দমুখর মুহূর্তগুলো আমাদের সবার জন্য ছিল খুবই বিশেষ।

সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ আমাদের এই সুন্দর সময়টাকে আরও অর্থবহ করে তোলার জন্য। 💛✨

Somonnito Bijoy Mela & Expo 2025 🇧🇩✨

Nurture Nest proudly participated in the Somonnito Bijoy Mela & Expo 2025 for three wonderful days at Tokyo Square Convention Center, Japan Garden City, Mohammadpur.

Throughout the event, we were truly inspired by the huge crowd, the positive engagement, and the overwhelming interest from parents and students. This memorable experience was made possible by the dedication, teamwork, and sincere efforts of our teachers, who represented Nurture Nest with passion and professionalism.

We are grateful to everyone who visited our stall, shared their kind words, and supported us during the event. 🌱✨
