⭕let's debunk a myth about shaving-

Men have terminal hair which is thick, coarse, dark & longer.
Women have vellus hair -very fine, soft, light-colored

The only reason shaved hair may feel thicker is:
the blunt cut edge feels rough when regrowing.

Shaving only cuts hair at skin level. It doesn't affect the hair follicle, pigment, texture or hormone sensitivity. cannot make hair thicker or darker biologically.

I get so many DMs asking for psychiatrist/therapist recommendations and honestly? It’s tricky. I’ve been to like 8 psychiatrists and 6 therapists, and most of them either misdiagnosed me or just weren’t the right fit.

I can’t stand judgmental vibes or random religious lectures when I’m literally there for medical care. So recommending someone is kinda hard.

But if there’s one thing I learned: The wrong diagnosis will body-slam your life. The right one will bring you back from the dead.

Let me you the vert accurate way to get the best result out of your oil cleanser and the double cleansing process. Bear with me-

- Gently rub your hands together to warm the oil before applying it to your face.

-massage massage massage for 3-5 minutes

- EMULSIFY
Add a little water and massage again. The oil will transform into a milky emulsion, indicating it's ready to be rinsed.

-off the emulsified cleanser with lukewarm water. Avoid using cool water, as it can cause the cleanser to harden and leave a film

- now wash with a water-based cleanser to damp skin and massage gently.

🔴Don't over-exfoliate. It will damage your skin's protective barrier and cause irritation.
Scrubbing your skin frequently with harsh physical exfoliants to achieve smoothness? BIG NO

🔴Focusing all your skincare effort on your face and forgetting your neck, chest, and arms? Neh

🔴Skipping sunscreen because it's cloudy or you're spending more time indoors? Big L

🔴Skipping moisturizer ? Duh this can lead to flaky skin that causes makeup to look patchy and cakey. Use a richer, cream- based moisturizer and a hydrating serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture.

one-meal-a-day (OMAD) is rarely recommended as a primary strategy unless for specific, critical cases under medical supervision. The extreme restriction of OMAD can lead to psychological distress, intense hunger, and cravings, which may cause some individuals to binge or have an unhealthy relationship with food if applied without professional's help.

Dieting is not about eating less, it’s about eating right.Please, stop self-dieting. Talk to a nutritionist before making any change to your food habits.

Always a "NO" for sheet masks if you ask. Yea you feel fancy but ⭕
-Fragrance and irritants are innit
-Temporary effect only
-May trap bacteria if left too long
-Can clog pores
-Not customized for skin concerns
-Better alternatives exist

Sheet masks might be fine for an occasional “pampering” or instant glow before an event, but they are not essential or much effective step in a skincare routine.
